Alex Bolis, born 1977, since the age of eleven addicted to be more then a listener to music. Played drums, wrote songs and managed its own bands. Meanwhile started mixing with 13 years old with a strong desire for better sound and smarter organisation of shows. As freelancer sound engineer, production-, stage- and tour manager he never stopped improving process flows and equipment to increase the focus to the music and a relaxed environment.
